Texas Style Meatloaf
Savor the bold flavors of the ranch with Rancher's Meatloaf Mix, blending traditional spices with a tang of BBQ sauce for a meatloaf that truly stands out.
- 1 ½ lbs. (80/20) ground beef
- ½ cup crushed saltines or breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup minced jalapeño (optional)
- ½ cup + 3 Tbsp. 6666 BBQ Sauce, divided
- 1 packet 6666 Rancher's Meatloaf Mix
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Line rimmed baking pan with foil then spray with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, combine ground beef, ½ cup 6666 BBQ Sauce, onion, breadcrumbs, jalapeño and 6666 Rancher's Meatloaf Mix.
- Place ground beef mixture on prepared pan and shape into a loaf. Bake 45 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon remaining BBQ sauce over meatloaf. Bake 15 minutes. Let meatloaf rest 15 minutes before serving.
